ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteCheck you email.
I was finally able to get in and put in a support ticket yesterday under the trustme theme and have still not heard back …
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteDon’t see any tickets from you (usename “lindaloustarr”).
How many review criteria does the theme allow? Please tell me it is more than just 5.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteBy default you can define only 5 criterias.
Custom sidebars are missing after update to 1.07, how do I get them back?
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteYou can use third-party plugins to add custom sidebars. For example – https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-page-sidebars
I know I can use a plugin, they were previously in the theme, they are not with 1.07, are they supposed to be or did you remove them or is this a bug?
ReplyDeleteYes, this feature was removed in previous versions.
ReplyDeleteok, thanks for the quick response. Also, the plugin you recommended does not work with the theme. Setting a default sidebar or creating custom ones still shows empty sidebars. How can I troubleshoot this?
ReplyDeleteYou can try to use any other free plugins – https://wordpress.org/plugins/
ReplyDeleteOr premium plugins – http://codecanyon.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=sidebar&view=list&sort=sales&date=&category=wordpress&price_min=&price_max=&sales=&rating_min=
Have you tested any of the plugins, I have been working on this for almost 2 days, no plugins work to get custom sidebars back. How about editing the theme code??
ReplyDeleteDisregard, I ended up reverting back the theme, newest version caused a lot of cascading issues with my theme modifications and the sidebar issue is very disappointing.
ReplyDeleteOk.
ReplyDeleteI updated the theme from 1.06 to 1.09 and now the content is not showing. I can’t get the widgets to display
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI need access to WP admin panel, to see what the problem is. Send me a message through my profile
Ok, I just sent you a private message
ReplyDeleteI reverted the website to an older wordpress version and now it works. Your theme is not compatible with wordpress 4.6 apparently.
ReplyDeleteThe latest theme version 1.08 works fine with WP 4.6. Don’t see any problem.
