ReplyDeleteI am taking over admin for an existing site that uses FashionZozza 1.1.1, which is quite out of date and appears to not be compatible with latest WordPress and WooCommerce. However, the prior admin is not being responsive to me and I have no idea where he purchased the theme, and therefore I dont know how to get the latest version.
The theme also appears to be available on this site:

So my question is: is the theme here on themeforest.net the same as the one on wpdance.com, or are they different? Now that I look closer, I see your live demo points to wpdance.com…so I suppose they are the same theme?

ReplyDeleteI am using the fashionzozza theme and we would like to report you a problem viewing our site by mobile devices(mainly at cell phone formats) and only at chrome browser.
The website opens normally but when you open a category of products and you try to use the touchscreen to move the page down to see more products, the page does not move.

If I click the product gallery images, the main image no longer changes. The zoom image shows the correct one but not the larger image displayed. In Internet explorer it doesn’t seem to work at all. ReplyDeleteI’ve installed the last update of the theme (5 May 2016), but the problem is still there (it seems to me that everything was good before update).
In addition after update I’ve got a problem with WD QuickShop, now I have standart “Add to cart” button instead of quickshop (+) button in my shop, but in “New products” area on the main page it is ok.
I have WP 4.5.3 and WC 2.5.5.

Hi, I have been using your theme for a few years now and had great customer service. However, unfortunately over the last month I have not been receiving answers to a couple of questions I have. I feel like you are ignoring me. I have recently paid extra for ongoing support and had no answers to any questions. I have wasted money on this for the last month. I do really need your support and it would be great if you could take a few moments to read a few of the questions I have. Previously you have been great, so I hope you can go back to the support you have always given me.
ReplyDeleteI would like to know if you could kindly look at my website to correct a problem with my checkout page. When customers checkout, they can checkout without leaving their name, address or even email address. This is causing many problems for me and my customers. Originally, it was mandatory for customers to enter these details but now this setting is not working. Please can you change the settings/code so customers have to leave an email address, postal address and their name when checking out (whether they are a guest or not).
Also, could you please tell me how to prevent free shipping on orders that have used a coupon to bring the order total under the free shipping threshold? Free shipping is set to orders above £50. However, if a customer uses a coupon and brings the order total to £45 the website will still allow free shipping. I would like to change this so the free shipping is fixed at orders over £50, whether a coupon is used or not.

Our previous developer did customizations to the theme files directly (instead of making a child theme) so now we need to do a comparison of the modified files to the clean theme files. The version we did this on was 1.0.3. Is there a way to get a copy of clean theme files for FashionZozza version 1.0.3? This way we can recode it properly and then update our FashionZozza theme to latest version afterwards?

ReplyDeleteI have chosen in Theme options—> product category, 4 columns grid. When I’m connected to admin wordpress I see three columns, and when disconnect I see four columns. Also, when user or purchaser sign from sign in of menu page, My Account page raised no information and looks broken. My site is http://www.spacecow.gr/ i have the latest wordpress version 4.6 and use child theme. I test to enable parent theme but the problem still exists. Can you help me?
