What does the documentation cover? If I get lost? What then?
It covers how to populate the template and use the provide features. Step by step! In case you get lost along the way, we will gladly aid you out and explain what needs to be done.
I’ve tested this on an emulator. It doesn’t work as it should.
Emulators use your machines power to simulate HTML, CSS and JS. Meaning, certain elements may fail as compared to running the actual device. When we say it works on a certain operating system it means we tested it on multiple devices not emulators. Emulators are known to fail.
Do I have to learn new code beside the classic HTML, CSS and JS to use this?
Not at all. We use the simplest possible code to the latest standards using the classic syntax’s you all know how to use. You won’t see any complicated mind-blowing class names in our products.
Is this item a WordPress Theme?
No. This item as the title says is a Site Template. To use it in WordPress you must convert it to a theme.
Is this item a PhoneGap / Cordova / Mobile ready built app?
No. This item as the title says is a Site Template. To use it as an App you must first convert it using PhoneGap or Cordova. The item is fully compatible with PhoneGap and Cordova as long as the Operating System Requirements (OS Requirements) above are met as PhoneGap and Cordova are compatible with any HTML, CSS and JS item on the planet as per their official website frequently asked questions sections.
Do I need an extended license to build an app?
If the application you will build will be uploaded to any application store as a paid application or an application that has in-app paid features, then yes, you must purchase an extended license as per Envato Terms of Service. Not doing so will result in a DMCA to the application store where your app is located.
I accidentally purchased thinking it’s an App or WP Theme. Can I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds for these sorts of mistaken purchases. This FAQ section was built specifically to answer those questions in order to avoid mistaken purchases. Said that, I’m running Time Lapse Italia on a theGossip Wordpress theme instance, which I love but.. it lacks from the mobile menu approach.
Would it be possible to purchase your item.. not sure if it can be taken as a plugin only?.. so that I can get THAT GREAT MENU but keeping my site?
I believe that is quite impossible, but.. think about it guys, if it ain’t like that: make it a mobile/tablet only menu… you’d sell it amazingly!

ReplyDeleteHi, In the main menu, If you click a tab a sub menu opens but does not close others and this make not to large the navigation, the same in galleries Wide.html and other issues, I rated 5 stars because this is a very usefull template, except by this problem. Wating for a tip.
ReplyDeleteThere current jQuery code only closes the navigation items, you need to modify the code for the navigation found in custom.js. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you in custom modifications at the moment!

ReplyDeleteat last, i have finish my mobile site, There are some things I think you need to fix in your template, the most important is to make collapse menu items, toggles and dropdowns when you click an other, that problem is in many of your templates, an other important is widescreen portfolio not possible to link from simple image menu section, These problems with not collapse issues makes the navigation large and not intuitive, the the rest of the template is JUST GREAT, clean and very useful. Hope you find the motivation to fix that issues and I´m sure the sales are going up and up. Thanks for your support.

It is a theme for mobile only.
1. So is there a switching plugin provided to use another theme when on desktop?
2. What happens with the mobile theme shortcodes I use if I am on another (desktop) theme? Are they ignored? Can I write specific content for desktop and for mobile theme?
3. Do you have other themes that are suited for desktop and mobile?
4. Can I easily replace the colors and background with my ci colors?
