“Unfair”? Please grow up. You take my money and don’t deliver – that is unfair. Me giving you a 1 star without any explanation, that would have been unfair (btw, you have another 1 star review – I couldn’t find any comment with it?). Yet, you get probably one of the more extensive reviews ever – of which you do not refute anything – maybe that is an indication in itself that I do have a point?
ReplyDeleteTheme-Forest-standards are mainly technical: (documented) code, does it work, manual & support. They most likely do not use the products, like buyers do. That’s why they didn’t notice that for instance the boxed model is not integrated: not in your manual, nor in code. Only 5 months after publishing your theme you mention it here…. In the comments. And now 4 months later you still haven’t updated it in a new release.
And no, I don’t understand you: at all. I need to contact you to get help with standard functionality that should have been included in the first place? Yet, if clients want to customize your template, they need to do so themselves. So…. what is it?
Anyway, you have wasted enough of my time. Let’s see what TF says.

ReplyDeleteThe boxed layout in our template is working as shown in the demo link (find the code in http://snag.gy/uHeJE.jpg ). Each and every requirement of yours cannot be satisfied by any authors at first shot, that’s where the support request and bug fixes, updates play role.

ReplyDeleteI noticed that on my iPhone, if a menu item on the main navigation bar has sub-menus, the link on the menu item does not work. Touching that only opens up the sub-menu items, but does not go to the page it links to. Is that supposed to work that way? Is there a way to make the link work, just like it does on a computer browser. Thanks.

Touching the menus, will open the dropdown menu first and then clicking on the submenu items, the page will go to that page.

ReplyDeleteYou can create or change your own custom skin into this Bella Motel template easily as following,
(i) Get into the skins folder from your template directory, where we’ve added the folders with their skin names.
(ii) Just copy and paste any one of them, and then rename it with the new skin name you’re about to be added.
(iii) Then you’ll be needed to edit the “style.css” of new custom skin you’ve replicated. (Just like the images, color, background and border color hex codes with your new custom skin color (#6dc8dd) as needed).
(iv) Then change the skin folder name into new skin folder name in all files.
