    I thank you very much for your trust to purchase my templates. Please try to go to templates manager > raddin-default > general > development mode > set to “OFF” > save, and see whether the problem is still persist.

    Hello,


    I have 2 questions before purchase this template.
    1) Is it compatible with joomla v3.3.x or an update in plans?
    2) Is demo the latest version of the theme? because I am trying to view it in iOS devices (ipad air & iphone 5S) and it shows just an orange picture..

    yes i tried, but no luck, css is stay same, i changed for logo ‘span3’, it is ok now… but i have question, can i change CSS files like for example: templates.raddin.less.core.less.css?

    Hi,


    I just bought Raddin, but I am getting an error: Cannot find XML Setup File. I unzipped the quickstart file on my computer and uploaded via ftp to Joomla’s tmp folder. I’m currently running Joomla 3.3.6. Does Raddin support the newest version of Joomla?

    Hi Chris,
    If you want to use quickstart, please don’t install the original joomla insatallation, you only need to extract and upload it to your installation root. we use akeeba backup for quickstart, please watch this video, for restoring to new server start from 3:52

    I just bought your template, looks good but there is a big problem. For the page to start loading it takes several seconds. After that it starts loading. Is there a way to fix this? I see it is not only on my site but on your demo. I wish I saw that before pruchasing, loading time is for me very important. Thanks

    Sorry for my slow respons. About your question, Please go to templates manager > raddin > general > development mode : off > optimize css and js : set to ON > save.


    Hopefully it will help your pagespeed.

    Hello maskeenan, thank you for your reply. I discovered the the problem resides on your Twitter Module, I disabled it and worked like a charm. I suggest you to fix it or disable it from your quickstart so other won’t have this problems in the future. Have a good day!
