    Hi. Curious if customers can keep their tickets private? So new visitors cannot see requests.

    The theme’s compatible with WP 4.7, yep.


    I’m not sure what you mean with the second point though?


    We also have a brand new theme in the making which will be much more versatile than Ticketrama but will have some of the same functionality.
