Hello Team,
ReplyDeleteI have a problem with the upgrade, i explain :
When wordpress upgrade to 4.5, visual composer wasn’t working anymore.
So i follow your advices, i first upgrade jupiter to the last version (5.18) and then upgrade visual composer to the last version too.
After that, the visual composer works ! but my front office is strange, many things change and i really don’t know why.
Can you help me to fix that please ?
Thanks in advance,
Best regards
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI think you posted in wrong Jupiter theme. Could you please check
Hi guys, I can’t seem to be able to figure out how to get the mobile site working with this theme. It keeps showing the mobile version of wordpress, which is obviously nowhere near as pretty as the theme itself When I scroll all the way down the page and press “show full site” it does work perfectly, but obviously I want it to show that version from the get-go.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know how I can fix this?
Thanks alot!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteThank you for purchasing.
I think the mobile version is coming from one of your plugin so it’s replace mobile version of theme. Could you please try to disable all plugins to see if it fixes the issue please.
hi i like this mockup where do i find it? SINOPE DEMO [removed]

ReplyDeleteI have set up the site, figured out how not to have the main menu, but would like to change the Main Menu background color away from black and go with green.
ReplyDeleteI did not see in the styling how this can be achieved.
I also want to change the Secondary Menu font color, along with the drop downs, from gray to green. Any way to do this?
Lastly, I have changed to copyright text color to white, but it still keeps coming up as gray.
The rest of the site was pretty easy to figure out due to your documentation. This is a great theme to work with. Better than most.
Thanks in advance!
Tim
Hi There, After updating the theme to the latest version v5.4.1, I keep getting the message that WPBakery Visual Composer (Artbees Modified Version) 4.12.2 has an update available 5.0, but when I remove and install visual composer it reinstalls 4.12.2. What am I doing wrong here?
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI think you posted on wrong Jupiter theme
Hi, I am having an issue with the secondary menu. I have, “Use fixed top menu” checked, but the secondary menu goes away as I start to scroll down a page. I thought that setting would keep it fixed, and not disappear. I turned the setting off for now. The menu stays static. Shouldn’t the menu follow down the page when the option has been clicked? I am using version 2.3.1 of Jupiter. Thanks in advance!
