    Hi,


    Those fields are in theme options. Could you check if the translation can use the wpml-config.xml file for string translations. We have provided the strings for translation via the xml file.


    If you can post to support forum we can advice on an alternative method if the translator plugin can’t do so.

    Hi,


    The xml file is for WPML translator plugin. If Loco translate doesn’t support xml based string translation then theme options fields can’t be translated that way. In this case you’ll need make some file edits for loco translator to translate them.

    ive translated almost everything with loco translate. thats totaly weird i cant translate these two – and i’m sure ill find some more…

    HI, I think you’ve misunderstood our answer.


    We support WPML for multilingual translations. Free translation plugins are often limited with some capabilities where you will need to adjust in order for those plugins to translate string based fields.


    So you can translate with loco translator, but if loco doesn’t support translation of theme options strings like WPML does then you’ll need to change it in file so that loco can translate those fields.
