ReplyDeleteI have a problem with a module on the home page set to “featured”. The module is not only visible in the home page. I followed the advice of “From admin panel Go to the Following path extensions-> template manager-> venus-default-> advanced. Bottom of the advanced tab you will find Component Area. Select” no “and save it …” but the what does not change. Can you help? thanks Manuela

ReplyDeleteMy company purchased this template from you in Feb / March 2014 from Theme Forest and we are having an issue with the website loading on the Google app for Ipads. It just breaks all of the time or it simply does not load.
ReplyDeleteIt loads on all browsers via desktop fine, it also does well on Google Chrome/Safari on the Ipad, however.. it will NOT load when using the Google App for Ipad. For some reason this template seems to have a few odd issues that I have not encountered with other templates. Please help? I have already emailed your support email softworld24@gmail.com. Thank you.
