Hi! Send you an email with no answer. Links do not work properly and template breaks in some email clients (http://prntscr.com/8tmohv). How to fix it?

ReplyDeleteI want to use the template in my website and when i paste the code in the editor and save it messes up the back-end of the admin area, what i think it needs inlinestyle of css instead of internal stylesheet. is there any file for that which i can use?
your email system is full and cant receive the new email it returns as failed…

We have bought your template and after importing and testing i get this in result, this is not as what in the demo the boxes are not aligned looks like a mess. Plz guide how to fix that or did we miss something importing?

ReplyDeleteWe have bought a template for the Email campaign to use on MailChimp and after changing all the elements in the template when we upload the template and send a test mail it looks fine but when we hit Create Campaign and select the template which we have uploaded it shows only one block. all the rest gone invisible or not there and this caused 46k + emails to us upon sending a blank newsletter to our subscribers. This was a complete disaster for us… as on the item it is mentioned it works with mail chimp but this dont also the mail chimp support says this code is not with the standards to work with there system if you want to do this you need to modify the code. more over on the support there is no response and on the email when we send the email it get reversed with unable to deliver. This was a complete mess we also checked that might by when adding some data in the template we delt something accidentally so to confirm that we imported the default template in MailChimp and when hit Create Campaign it shows the same error. here is the screen shot:
We want the Refund for this product ASAP.

ReplyDeleteI purchased this item last week and I cannot seem to get to the builder that was shown on the preview page. I sent in a request via your support system last week and it says that it was opened but no one has responded. I need to get into this program and use it as soon as possible.
Who can I speak to in order to get my problem resolved?
I am getting this error when I try to save the changes made in the builder. Any thoughts?

ReplyDeleteWhy can you not edit the text within Mailchimp? Is this not optimized for the Drag and drop customization that Mailchimp offers?
