Something weird is going on with the menu when I create a Portfolio page: http://www.idealfilms.com/portfolio-2/ Any suggestions what this might be?
ReplyDeleteHi ideasfilms, we check Flat with the latest WP version and we don’t see the issue.
ReplyDeleteWe check your url and seems that there’s a js error, in particular:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'prototype' of undefined
Please, try to deactivate all the external plugin.

Thanks for the quick response. The problem was WPBakery Visual Composer. All fixed now.
ReplyDeleteHi idealfilms,

Hi Themelovin,
ReplyDeletei’ve bought the theme called flat, and i like it a lot.
But i’ve got a little problem, i can’t find the short codes (to make accordions or buttons or graph). Can you help me please ?
Hi pierresan,
ReplyDeletethanks for your purchase; do you update it to the latest version?
Regards
Themelovin

Themelovin
thank’s a lot for your quickness..!
ReplyDeleteBut, the short code button doesn’t appear… and now i haven’t got the possibility (when i want to write a page) to modify the header or the opacity (below the frame where i write the text of the page), it has disappear… i hope you understand me, i’m french…
just a precision.. the short code button is normally at the right of the “open/close toolbar”, isn’t it ? like written in the documentation, i don’t want to do a mistake…
ReplyDeleteYou have to delete the shortcodes plugin already installed and install the new one in the theme updated.
ReplyDeleteYou’ll see the button “Themelovin Shortcodes” next to the “Add Media” button.
Let us know!

Themelovin

Hi,
ReplyDeleteOn the homepage, I can’t find how to make the images on the shapes (hover images) visible permanently. Can we remove the rollover effect ?
thank you in advance for your answer
Lucie
Hi Lucieca,
ReplyDeletethanks for your purchase
1. We’re sorry, but we don’t understand the question
2. Take a look at style.css at line 764 (.glg-shape:hover .overlay).

Themelovin
Hi,
ReplyDeletein fact 1 and 2 are the same question : I would like we can see the images in the homepage all the time as we can see in the demo : http://themeforest.net/item/flat-responsive-and-multipurpose-creative-theme/full_screen_preview/5586779
you can see my website here : http://www.happykorpo.com
Hi Lucie,
ReplyDeleteyou have to load only the “Featured Image”. Probably you have loaded the “Hover Image”. If so, delete the “Hover Image” and upload the “Featured Image” in the appropriate right panel!
Regards,
Themelovin
hi, thank you for your answer, but I can’t see the panel for “featured image”, I can just load header or hover image…
ReplyDeleteit’s ok I found it ! thank you for your help ! best regards
ReplyDeleteYou’re welcome
ReplyDeletehi again, how can I delate the date from the different posts (portfolio, blog…) and also the suitcase image and the heart in portfolio ? (love it number)
ReplyDeleteHi Lucieca,
ReplyDeleteto remove the date line you’ve to edit the glg_entry_meta funcion, placed at line 1095 into functions.php file.
The heart pictogram is placed at line 902 and 905 into functions.php file.
Regards
Themelovin
hi, Is there a way to remove date and heart pictogram in the css or templates ? I would prefer not to touch the .php as I’m not an expert !
ReplyDeleteHi Lucieca,
ReplyDeletenope, we’re sorry
