Although I have my “hot products” set up to show 12 products in 4 columns, they are only appearing in 2 columns. Any ideas? They used to show in 4 and then changed.

ReplyDeletePlease redownload the theme, everything should be fine there. Ive checked everything and everything mentioned was already fixed there. Update with new features will wait for new woocommerce version.

When updating to the new Woocommerce the category page columns change from 3 to 2. I have checked that the theme/woo is set correctly. I had to perform a restore to the previous version. What seems to be the problem? I also saw that another purchaser had this issue. I looked in your support and see nothing that solves this issue. I need to get this site updated to the latest Woo 2.6.11 & WP 4.7.
