    ok, i went to your support website and tried to register my validation code and it said it failed?!
    I am working on a site for a client and I need to get information on the fix ASAP!
    Youtube videos are not showing up in the portfolio when linking out to them. What is the problem. Please get back to me. Thanks.

    Hi, have you activated your item in our support site, within the item activation area?


    If so have you tried to post on our support forum instead of our ticket area because we disabled that section because of abuse, it was being used by buyers for matters that was not support, they just used that section to remain hidden so they thought they could be dis-honest.


    Through the forum section it eliminates this and we find our support is better for it.

    It looks like WordPress now uses tinymce 4. I think the createControl function is no longer supported for tinymce. Will there be an update for the Shortcodes dropdown for the editor?

    Hello, a question to everyone who bought this theme.


    I really liked this theme, adjusted lots CSS then created a great looking website for the client. However, permalink ‘ublleciaportfolios’ is the problem. I have to change it to ‘www.xxx.com/work/project’.


    I tried to register their support website, however I never received a verification email, I sent PM to the author, but no reply.


    So the question to everyone who purchased this theme, and who can login to their support website. If anyone knows how to change this permalink, please let me know!


    I guessed and changed ’’rewrite’ => array(‘slug’ => ‘ublleciaportfolios’)’ on ‘customposts.php’ in plugin folder, but no success.
