If you are already using the theme, please see the Updates folder in the archive and follow Readme instructions to install the update. When downloading the theme for the first time, simply install the theme (it already contains all the updates).
Please make sure to read the updated theme documentation (DOCS folder in the archive) for Woocommerce activation instructions. Should there still be questions you feel like asking, feel free to contact our support and we will gladly help you – contact support now.

ReplyDeleteTo make your images resize properly please add the following code in Theme Settings – General – Custom Codes – Custom CSS:

}
As to the tables – they are supposed to preserve the position of rows and columns, so they aren’t reorganized on resize and keep their initial size and form. We can only advise you to hide sidebar on page and diminish font size for table text to improve tables displaying.

ReplyDeleteTo hide sidebar please select full width page layout as shown on the screencast. The font size of table text is the same as main content font, it can be changed in Theme Settings – Fonts – Content – Main Content Font.

Hi, having some problems with user edit within wordpress. The page comes back blank. Its been that way from start. I disabled all plugins but to not help. What could be the issue? Thanks!

Hey, guys. I’d say a “critical plugin update” is OVERDUE for Slider Revolution when major Wordpress updates come along, as recent. Your bundled theme update/plugins only provides version 4.6.0 and the latest Revolution Slider update is 5.2.5. Please advise, ASAP because this plugin is now useless. Great theme with some longevity, but this is a big problem. Thank you!

Certainly, the point of this inquiry was not to beg for and receive an updated plugin from your support group (and waste another day), but for you guys to do your due diligence prior and make sure your theme works after WP updates—especially if cmsmasters builds-in a very important and common plugin as a major feature of its theme. Strange that this isn’t a priority.

I’m having problems with the visual composer. When I try to edit a box, I don’t see nothing in the visual screen. I only see the code in the text screen. (error :”Cannot read property ‘canvas’ of undefined” ) wordpress 4.3.2 and theme version 2.3

Since Wordpress 4.5 there are a lot of bugs and the support team isn’t really interested to solve them. I’ve been waiting for 2 months now for the link-bug and still not solved with the new update!

Hi, the main top menu no longer works in the new version of Chrome because the text is on the same line as the numbers. Firefox still works. The sub-menu disappears before anything can be clicked. Are there fixes that force the text onto the next line?

Hi, I have a problem with the theme main menu. I bought the theme 2 years ago and I never needed any support help. All worked fine, but with the last update main menu stopped working for me. When you hover over the menu, list items appear as they should. But when you try to click on any of the items they all disappear. Your support told me to instal the latest versiom which I did but it changed nothing.

Version 2.3. After updating to 2.3 the google maps widgets had stopped working and was throwing an error “Cant find variable: google” which I assume relates to google.maps.MapTypeId.ROADMAP.

There were no issues with the theme that required theme update, yet we are planning a small update soon, it will be available for download within a couple of days after it is reviewed and approved by Themeforest. Also we know that some of the customers have updated too, and we did not receive any issue reports.
