maaaan you are killing me, watch the pixelgrade team..they make the best support and documentation ever! Nothing is working yet, the social buttons on the contact page are not there like on the demo, the welcome page of full page gallery is not loading.. your help files are not intuitive and easy for regular users. To bad, i’m regretting that i made the purchase.

ReplyDeleteYou claim that nothing is working but we can’t provide the assistance without having an access to your WordPress dashboard. The theme is very simple and it does not require the deep and detailed documentation. If you do the demo content import it will take 5 mins to setup the theme. And please do not mention other authors in the comments because its against Comments rules.
ReplyDeleteDear GT3 is not ok to make tutorials that are not working fine, i red your documentation 20 times and i made exacly haw is writen and my welcome page is not showing the single image ’’gallery’’ As i sed erlyer at the contact page the social icons are missing, i can’t find were to ad my flickr account, my other social.. As a feed back the forum is not the greatest way, simpel user hat to much to read to do a simple thing. ;) that cam be writen in documentation. ;) best regards, i will upload the demo content to make then the modifications .

My purchased FRAME theme can’t use more of 30 portfolio. But i see other website used FRAME theme like (http://www.mondano.eu/collectie/) with more of 30 portfolio.
Can you help me to unlimit the number of active portfolio ?

ReplyDeleteIs not blog posts, it’s portfolios whith category filter (Advertising, Fashion, Portraits, Stories, Style…)
Actually i need to create 41 portfolios, and more later for the next fashions and models shoots.
The mansonry(or grid) portfolio page don’t accept more than 30. When i create a 31th the first portfolio created disappear on the mansonry portfolio page.

It sounds really strange, because we have more than 30 items on this page http://gt3demo.com/wp/frame/masonry-portfolio/ and have no problems. Please make sure that you have the latest theme version.

ReplyDeleteCan you please provide more info? What browsers versions do you use? Screen dimensions? We tested the pages on several devices, but as you can see at the screenshot all the images are displaying.
ReplyDeleteI’m using firefox 50.1, Chrome 55.0, the latest version. I upload the arts through the theme gallery by wordpress, however, the thumbnails do not appear on the site, as I showed you in the image. There is also a bug in the art miniatures already in the gallery, the miniature is white.

You know I assumed that it was Frame theme because it is extremely similar but now I do not think that it is. I posted a topic on this in the support forum but have not had any response. I am just curious if I can achieve that and if I cannot, how to add content over a gallery image on a fullscreen gallery page?

ReplyDeleteHi, I noticed under View options where it gives the option to change the theme color, when I put in a new color and click save, the color doesn’t actually change throughout the site. It says that is changed but it doesn’t update. Is this the correct functionality to change the theme color? Or is there a bug with this feature?
