hi- i need to get in touch with you- i’ve searched support and tried the suggestions but it’s not working for me. The 3 column option is not working for me on the surreal site. it shows 2 columns – no matter how many times i’ve played with it, it just keeps wrapping the third column info to the 2nd. just please let me know how to contact you, if other than through this method. thank you.

ReplyDeleteI’m having problems inserting the feature image on the Project Module. So in the website it doesnt show up the rectangule image but its category tag only. Once I create a project, select Standard Format and then go to (Set featured image), this hyperlink it isnt working. It shows a broken image icon in each image rectangule row. I dont know what happened. Now This is the only section that i need to finish and I’m stuck. I dont know if is my Worpress version or something. I already change to Firefox, Opera and Safari and all of them occurs this. My Wordpress version is: 4.5.2
I hope you help out on this, cause this is for a client of mine and the only part I need to finish the project is this. Thank you!

Hi, These are simply notices rather than errors. Remove them by setting WP_DEBUG to false in wp-config.php

ReplyDeleteBut there is a problem with the skills section, with both websites: shows [col class=”1/3?] on the top of the skills, they dont sit next to each other, but on top, /col between each section and [/col] on the end. This feature is hidden with <!—in the first website: www.selmax.pt

Hi, Check in the WP editor that all short codes are used correctly, make sure they are closed properly. This sounds like a syntax error in shortcodes within the actual editor.

Hi, I have bought Surreal in March 2016. Very beautiful and elegant theme! However, I discovered only now that it does not support the multi-language plugin (WPML). Can you please confirm? As I have experienced the problem with multi-language option, before I switch to another theme (which will be really a pity), can you please specify what plugins are not supported by the theme (if any). For example, what about Google Analytics, Kobra Hover effect, Akismet, W3 Total Cache, WordPress SEO by Yoast, Sucuri, Google XML Sitemaps, Comment Luv etc. and the email marketing services (MailJet)? Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHi, There’s no WPML support in this theme, that’s correct. Plugins which require some specific addition of code in order for them to be compatible, such as WPML for example, should be assumed to not be supported. While normal WP plugins, those not requiring specific pre-installation support to be added to the theme, will automatically work (assuming they are developed correctly of course! You’d be surprised!).
ReplyDeleteI am very dissatisfied with the author’s attitude and level of assistance with providing the wordpress theme demo page as displayed on the top of this page.. i have been threatened to be banned from his help site if do not act happy that his product does not work as advertised out of the box. NOT HAPPY HERE>>>>>>>

ReplyDeleteAs regarding your complaint. This theme works fine. If you wish to emulate the look of the theme demo you will need to import the demo content (Note: This won’t include images/videos from demo). Follow the instructions in our included help documentation to do this.
If you have got this far then let us know as much, because all of your posts to date are filled with unhelpful information about your lack of happiness but are short of information which would allow us to get an idea of what steps you have completed and what is missing still.
Hi Bitfade. I bought this theme a couple of years ago. It’s a fab theme and I thank you for its use thus far. I have a small problem that has developed without my understanding why. On mobile phone whilst viewing the portfolio, the videos are not expanding in the lightbox like they used to. I would be very grateful for any suggestions you have to fix this?
