Guys, let me tell you that this is not only a great theme but the after-service is awesome. Absolutely awesome, I hope there will be more themes that I’ll be happy to buy

Absolutely amazing support for this theme! Customer service should be this good on all things bought.

Very much appreciate your patience and VERY quick and thorough support in helping me with this theme. Will highly recommend this product.

I really must highly recommend this author and this theme to everyone. questions are answered really quickly and the theme is wicked. Thanks!

I have to agree with previous comments, support for this product is exceptional.

I am new to WordPress but I have to admit that the Shuffle theme is absolutely amazing. Although I’m still learning, it is very simple to figure out and it has amazing flexibility. It is the perfect content management system for me and I am so glad I found this theme before I spent hundreds of dollars on a custom website.

Even more impressive is the customer service. Cristian is a pleasure to work with and very prompt in handling customer service issues.

Two thumbs way up for the Shuffle theme and Cristian’s great customer service! I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to purchase another theme.

  2. Hi there,

Did you edit in any way the theme’s files? From my research it seems there’s a problem with the child theme.

    Cheers!

  3. If I buy this, can I add an e-commerce bit on there? Like to potentially sell stuff? Also so people can book classes etc. and pay via the site?

    ReplyDelete
  4. Hi there,

Sorry but you can’t do that right out of the box.

    Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  5. But is there an option to add it after I have bought it? Or is it too complicated?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Although it is doable I don’t advise you to do it if you don’t have some experience coding in WordPress.

    Cheers!

  7. OK thank you. My friend will be doing my site, she just asked me to pick a theme and I love the layout of this one. I will give it a think. Thanks for the advice

  11. When I’m using [toggle] shortcode, the whole toggle is getting disappeared from the page. I’m not sure any conflicting plugins are causing this issue.
    Can you please help me?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hi,

Can you post your url so I can take a look?

    Cheers!

  14. Do you have some updates?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hi,

I’ve checked your site and it seems that there’s a plugin conflict. Can you disable your plugins one by one and see if it’s working and which one creates the conflict?

    Cheers!

  19. I like this theme but I have a small problem. According to the documentation there is supposed to be a shortcode button to add shortcodes to the pages. This button does not appear in my theme. Any suggestions? Thank you!

  20. Hi there and sorry for the delay. I was out of office for the last 3 weeks for the summer holiday.

In the last WP updates there were some things from the editor updated that broke that functionality so until I fix this you’ll have to manually insert them into the pages.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Shortcode buttons are gone, which make it very hard for clients to update things. Please fix ASAP, it is important! Am about to buy for another client, but cannot if they need to enter code manually – that is the whole point of WP!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hey,

I know about the problem, it came with the latest version of WP. I’ll fix it asap.

    Cheers!

  23. How do you make the default blog page full screen? I prefer not to have a sidebar. The default edit page doesn’t give you “Full-Width” template option. http://www.heavenlybodyfit.com/site-pages/our-blog/

    Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  24. One more question…. How do you get the recent news blog posts to show up on a page like you have on the homepage: http://www.skat.tf/redirect/?theme=getfit

    ReplyDelete
  25. Hi there,

    1. You must enable the section in the theme options page > Homepage > Homepage News & Widgets.

    2. The blog page doesn’t have a full width layout right out of the box.

    Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  26. 1. Thank you

    2. Is there code I can insert for this? I like how it was advertised on your theme. Therefore, I thought it would be a simple layout change.

    ReplyDelete
  27. 1. I got the News to show up.. Thank you again. Now, how do I get change where Recent News is located on the page? On your theme example you have content under the News sections. Thanks for your patience and time.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hi,

You need to make some more changes in the html of the blog theme. Doesn’t your blog page display like advertised in my demo page?

    Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yes, it does. I will see what I can do to change where Recent News shows up on a page. I don’t like it all the way at the bottom. Thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hey,

If you want I can give you instructions on what to change in order to make a full width blog page.

    Cheers!

  31. hello!

    ReplyDelete
  32. and one more thing..
i uploaded the demo content from SampleData folder called “fitness”.. and the home page content objects are not the same width, and have to much space below and above one another. why is that?

  33. Hi there,

I think you’ve posted your problem in the wrong section. This is for “GetFit” theme.

If you purchased the “Fitness” theme please post on the theme’s support section here:

  34. Just purchased/loaded it – looks great, thanks! Question, I want to create more space in the header for the NAV (between the logo and the tel/email section). How can nudge the tel/email section over to the right more (I can remove the actual email and just leave the phone #) so there is more space? I know that colored section is in 2 parts, but I can’t figure out how to move the section over a bit. Please advise, thanks!!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Hey,

Can you post your url so I can take a look and tell you what modifications you need to make?

    Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Hello! It is not live yet, so I cannot do that publically. Can I PM you or something? Or is there a private email to send it to? You should be able to do it just from the demo URL you have: http://getfit.skat.tf/ All we want to do is push that green tel/email bar to the right so there is more white space to the left of it for the NAV. Again, we can remove the email so it’s just the phone #, but can’t find how to move that bar right to create more space. Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hey,

Ok, I got it. Do you want to display both or just the phone #?

    Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Thanks! Well, both is great, but if we need to create more space to move that green outline over to the right, happy to just keep the phone # and remove the email. Thank you!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Well, I don’t know how your site looks so you’ll need to play a little bit with the code.

So, you’ll need to edit the file named “header.php” and change the classes of the columns.

On line 70 try to set from this: span5 to this span6 and on line 89 from this: span4 to this span3.

Note that there are 3 columns hence three span classes On line 59 on line 70 and on line 89. Make sure that any changes you do these classes always equal 12 ( span6 + span3 + span3 = 6+3+3=12)

    Let me know how’s going.

    Cheers!

  40. I was hoping this could be fixed with CSS only so as to ensure the child theme stays in tact w/o issues moving forward. Is there now way to do this just with CSS? The look is the EXACT same as the theme, nothing much was changed up there. Let me know if this can be done via just css. If not, perhaps some more specifics re: the above, I am not quite following that. Should I start a tix?

    ReplyDelete
  41. You can easily copy the “header.php” file in the child theme folder and make the changes there. It will override the parent theme header.

    Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  42. What is the deal with not being able to overwrite css? I have created a child theme. Trying to change colors and the main color chnager in the theme options doesn’t work. I see the notice: “NOTE: The file “custom-options.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework > css does not have write permission. Make sure the file is writable before your custom styling can be saved.”—however, this is no “custom-options.css”. I have a style.css in the child theme and only some changes take effect there. And even putting those within the “Custom Css” box within the options doesn’t work. What am I missing? I want to change the default green button on the home page banner at the bottom (and the background color of that box) and can’t. Was able to change the nav button colors, but not the hover. The primary and secondary options do NOT work. Please advise, thanks so much!
