ReplyDeleteSorry for the miss. You have purchased Infographer theme. This is one of our first themes and it does not have Visual Composer bundled with it, as you can see on items page on Theme Forest https://themeforest.net/item/infographer-multipurpose-infographic-theme/5027304
Maybe you should consider choosing different one.

I did read over the item information page, which is why I asked the question above before purchasing. I would like to request a refund. The theme is not as described in your response and screenshot.
ReplyDeleteThis project requires building out and organizing a significant number of pages. Along with a pagebuider/visualcomposer functionality, the Section Menu is an important feature. I do see that your Strata theme also has this feature and will consider it as an alternative. If any of your other themes also include that feature please let me know.

I’m sorry but that is inaccurate; I asked the question 19 days ago (September 7th), your reply with the screenshot was 18 days ago (September 8th). I purchased the theme 4 days ago (September 22nd). I would just like a refund for this purchase. I have purchased a theme from you before and will consider you again in the future.

ReplyDeleteReferred site is entirely custom made solution, and it is not built on WordPress platform. Unfortunately this cannot be achieved with the Bridge theme out of the box, and maybe you should only be able to achieve this with some plugin.

We are planning to buy a regular license but we have some questions about charts. We have noticed that the numbers are rounded… is it possible to configure Infographer in a way to show decimal numbers in the charts?

the latest update has caused a challenge for me….I keet getting kicked out of wordpress even with only 3 plugins on and things like the Code Admin panel do not work as well as buttons like back button and internal links. Even google analytics code conflicted. Shouldn’t this work with iframe code? Thank you and HNY.

my support has expired but i’m not going to buy a new support to find out why your theme is breaking on me…not fair when I couldn’t use it from before….you may think $20 is not a lot of money, well it is if you add up times like UPS overcharging and the time it takes to deal with these are not worth it…with 3 or 4 plugins or without them, your theme is not working for me…your update caused some issues….you have a nice theme and would love to get it to work but not paying for support at this stage….your code seems a bit deprecated like with Rev slider….etc.

ReplyDeleteTheme is working fine for other users, and issue which you are having looks like that there is issue with low PHP directives on your host, and latest update only bring latest version of revolution slider and nothing else. Although theme itself requires PHP version 5.3.x note that WordPress now requires PHP 5.7 https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ and demanding plugins like Rev Slider may also require greater PHP version, so first you may try to ask your host to increase PHP version, and to maybe boost PHP directives a bit, like this:
max_execution_time = 180;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;
and after that test this again.

My hosting co is misleading me and not willing to go to 5.7 other many are going to 7.0 for php

if you reinstall the theme and the child theme, how do you get rid of any demo content while making sure that i preserve my own content? WILL A THEME REINSTALL WIPE OUT MY THEME CONTENT IN VISUAL COMPOSER? THANKS.

ReplyDeleteTheme re-installation will not wipe anything because content is stored within WordPress database so it will remain. Of course, it is always advisable to preform full site backup just in case.
