Hi i bought FlatHost Responsive Hosting Template a while back and i never used it when i saw an update for that theme i download it and decided to use it on a project, my problem is that the php contact form does not work it always says “Mail not sent.” I use the one page HTML version of the theme.

Yes i tested that its working, but not with the contact form.I tried to login to https://support.surjithctly.in/ but it says error creating user when i hit aprove to Authorize Surjith’s Envato Support

ReplyDeleteSorry you feel that way, The support price will increase if you don’t renew it before it expires. Also its very cheap if you choose 1 year support when buying.
The support is not just for fixing this thing, but a complete 6 months support & assistance within the scope.
This contact form works for most of the buyers, the others contacted me about it was then fixed by configuring the server itself. So even if you wrote another code, the result would be same.
So, Please check your server first and contact me if you need my support.

Silly Error in your Code, fix it as soon as possible.For everyone else in contact.php start the php script with <?php instead of <? that is currently.Other than that its a Great theme easy to configure,have fun.

I bought the item a while back infact it was June 2016 and havent used it until this month however not that there is a problem with the stripe payment gateway on the WHMCS there is things on the theme that arent working when it comes to stylesheets and they want me to pay $17 for support! RIDICULOUS

A. Does the status page actually have any back end features or would we need to do this ourselves
B. It says you offer customisation on the Envato Suit but does this include changing colours and getting it all configured with WHMCS. Secondly, how will all of this information be communicated between us.
