  1. Hello, my site was hacked.

I managed to delete the infections but really need to update to the last wordpress version. Can I do the update, is the theme compatible with 4.1? Or should I wait for your next theme update? If so, when are you planning to release it? may thanks

  2. Hello, it should be 95% fine but we are still testing for any conflicting issues.

  10. I am looking for a theme for a recruitment company (i like Tfingi) but i need to be able to display current job vacancies – each job has to be able to take applications from users/job seekers. Does Tfingi include this feature and if not does it support plugins such as ‘Job Manager’ or are there other similar plug ins you can suggest? Regards

    ReplyDelete
  11. Hello, the theme does not offer this option and we have not tested any related plugins.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Thanks for your reply. In theory is there any reason why such plugins would not work? (i understand you don’t offer support for such – however i am new to wordpress and also to wordpress themes and so am on a learning curve as to what i am able to achieve (at least in principle) with regards to adding third party plugins to a purchased theme).

    ReplyDelete
  13. Hi, it is really hard to tell what works and what doesn’t without proper testing.
However, even if the plugin works flawlessly, you will need some CSS skills to customise its look and feel.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Okay thanks Would you offer the service of installing such a plugin and tweaking the CSS?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Sorry, we do not offer customisation and third party plugin installation.

  36. Hi there! Recently added SSL and the custom fonts built into the theme are giving me issues. As SSL is an SEO necessity these days, how might I correct this issue?

I figure more people will be searching these comments for a solution, is there a theme update rolling out soon? Cheers!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hello, you will need to adjust the links to Google fonts if you are using SSL. Please submit a support ticket for assistance.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I fixed it myself, I just removed the “http:” so the line of code starts with ”//” so it lets the browser decide how to load. A great idea for an update, you think? More versatile.

    ReplyDelete
  39. LayerSlider: old jQuery issue
“It looks like you are using an old version (1.12.4) of the jQuery library. LayerSlider requires at least version 1.7.0 or newer. If you are using the WordPress version of LayerSlider, you can try out the “jQuery Updater” plugin from the WP plugin depository. If you don’t know what to do, you can write us a private message from our CodeCanyon profile page. We need a temporary WP admin account (or a temporary FTP account in some cases) to solve this issue.”

I have installed the latest version of JQuerry Updater. My problem still persists. Can you help me with this issue?

    ReplyDelete
  40. Well… version 1.12.4 is not old but newer than 1.7.0

Please ensure your theme is up-to-date and you are using the plugins packaged with it and all should be fine.

You might be using an old LayerSlider with a newer WP.

If you still have issues, you will need to contact our support.
