On a site I use Roksmart with K2 (of course) and submission form on front. But when I create this link, the URL shown on front is like /index2.php?&option=com_k2&view=item&layout=itemform task=add&Itemid=100191, you will note index2.php instead of index.php

By searching the web I find on this thread on the forum Joomlart where a guy explains that when we chosen “new windows with navigation” rather than “new window without navigation” it solves the problem. (See the original thread here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showtl=1*post348383)
But the problem is, when I want to change the type of link Joomla put back to me exactly the same thing and I stay with my index2.php….
An idea on what is faulty and a way to solve the problem ?

10 days after and no answer, I feel that it’s not correct from you to do that. I purchase a template and it doesn’t work as I was supposed it will.

We installed the theme using quick install under a subfolder (/web). We are trying to move it to the root folder and we receive the following error:

hello, if you want to only move your website. then please take a backup from akeeba backup component which is already installed with template. take a backup and install it at root directory..

this is a part of error. My wamp server is 2.5 and joomla 3.4.
I had an older version of this template. Downloaded new one and problem solved. The new one works fine with new versions of wamp and joomla. Thank you.

My db, prefix, user, password credentials in my configuration file are correct. length of user, db, host and password is also less than 12.
error reporting is turned off.
path for log and temp in configuration.php are also correct.
robots are set to no index no follow
repairing session table is not possible. it says local storage doesn’t allow this
I have literally tried every possible solution but none worked.
P.S An older version of roksmart is working on another website of mine being hosted under the same hosting reseller account. it is working perfectly fine. I also tried to export its session table and test it in the new one but no luck. later i restored the original session table.

I had an error in template manager. Updating the helix plugin fixed that but the template will not save or close. The buttons do not work.
