ReplyDeleteYou purchased the Template, that is HTML version – it won’t work with WP.
The WP version is in the queue and will be approved in a few hours, I hope. This one will work in the WP installations

since i already paid for it do i get access to the WP version instead of the HTML version
ReplyDeleteI think isn’t possible, since the versions are completely different, but I suggest you open a ticket at Envato Support support.envato.com and explain that you bought the wrong version, they will solve the things for you.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should ask for a refund to HTML version and buy the WP version, that is the one you want…

Awesome design, but I am having a major technical issues with this templet. It auto resets itself to the main page when your are in any section of the web. When you are reading or clicking anything on the page it automatically scrolls up to the main page for no reason. Also, when you click on the portfolio page only in Safari the images are shifted outside their designated window box. Please help me fix this problems. You can see the website at www.dynamicpb.com . The following text in each page’s parallax section is wrong and very misleading:

This text should actually read:
“Check this to DISABLE the parallax for this page.

ReplyDeleteI can’t seem to get the parallax functionality to work no matter what I do. I’ve tried all settings for the page (which is displayed as one of the homepage sections) I want it to show up on, but I just can’t get it to parallax.

The only thing I can seem to change is whether the image scrolls normally or behaves as fixed, using “Background Attachment” option. The other options (Enable Parallax, Parallax Background Ratio, etc) seem to have no effect though.
I also noticed that the output on my site for a parallax section is very different from what’s on your demo site.
On our site, the parallax section is contained within the following div:

Whereas on your demo site each parallax section is contained within a simple div with no classes, and just a unique id, like so:

On your site, it’s clear that JS is modifying the background position of the parallax image as the user scrolls, however no such functionality is taking place on our site.
Please let me know why this is occurring, and if there’s a setting I’m missing. We need to resolve this ASAP, as our client purchased this theme and expects it to work Thanks!
Hmmm, after digging in further, I see that each of these divs has a data-stellar-ratio attribute, suggesting it should use stellar.js, however there is no reference to this parallax framework anywhere else in the them. The JS isn’t enqueued, and a search of all the files in the theme revealed that it’s not included anywhere. What gives? This is a totally different method than what’s used on the ThemeForest demo site, which links to a custom parallax.js file, and then some custom initializing of parallax functionilty in settings.js. Are these things just not included with the actual theme? Am I missing something here

Hi Guys. I foolishly updates to Wordpress 4.0 without looking at whether the theme would work or not. It works fine, but the short code button is gone from the editor menus. Is there an update for this coming?

We tried uploading it normally and random images start showing up, we also think someone in our company delated the sample portfolio you had which was basically what we were using.
