Oh where can I edit the css for the main menu? when I add a page into the menu it moves to two lines rather than all of the menu links staying side by side….If you let me know when I can change the width to accomodate this that would be great…Thanks, Tom

Best,
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI’m interested in this template, but was wondering if it possible to have a look in the Admin panel of the demo?
Second question. I am willing to add a countdown timer to the product like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-countdown/
Could you tell me if that would be possible to add this to the product showed on the homescreen?
Thanks in advance for your reaction!
Does this theme support child themes? After creating one, none of the styles I place in the stylesheet.css file overrides the parent CSS code.
ReplyDeleteany help?
Hi get proweb,
ReplyDeleteThank you for contacting us.
Yes it does support child themes. Please join us in our Support Forum at http://support.udthemes.com and we’d be happy to take a look and help you if needed.
Best,
Is it possible to add the social media icons to the header/nav bar? Thanks in advance!
ReplyDeleteHi shaffes,
ReplyDeleteThank you for contacting us.
The social media icons can only be added to the content area and not the header. If you want social media icons in the header, the theme would require customization. If you are interested in having this done please contact us by email along with your request at info@udthemes.com and we’ll take it from there.
Best,
I can’t seem to get the contact form and the email sign up forms to work on my website. Each time i get an error message that says, ” There was an error sending your email. Please try again later.” Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Is there any chance to make a shop on this theme? When You will add an woocommerce compatibilty
ReplyDeleteHI jacklanlord,
ReplyDeleteThanks for contacting us.
Encore has not been tested with any commerce plugin. The theme would likely require quite a bit of customization to get WooCommerce to work.
Best,
Hi guys – got to say… great theme, thank you very much and hope you continue to support it. Agree with the poster above – adding Woo-commerce styling would be GREAT!
ReplyDeleteHi maximuswong,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment!
We’ll let you know if and when we plan to add support for WooCommerce.
Best,
That would fantastic, perhaps a new release to pay for it? Also if you could add the ability to have multiple single page layouts… I’ll buy it NOW
ReplyDeleteGreat theme. One issue at the moment.
ReplyDeletePost Previews/Excerpt size
On the page where I have my blog excerpts, it shows the whole post. How can I edit this?
Thanks
Hi adamjrod,
ReplyDeleteThank you for getting in touch.
To show only a part of the post insert a more tag. The more tag can be accessed from the editor. Here is an example: http://alexmansfield.com/blogging/wordpress-more-tag
Let us know if you find it.
Best,
Hi There,
ReplyDeleteI’m building a site with your Encore theme, and everything is going ok apart from the theme looks bad on my iphone 6 and my ipad air.
The site doesn’t go fully across the screen on my iphone or ipad and any images that are on the pages are large and disappear off the right hand side of the screen.
How can i send you a screen capture so you can see what i mean.
The site is at www.taylour.net/taylourgroup
Kindest Regards
Hylton
How do I change the “encore” in the menu bar? Any Help?
ReplyDeleteHi byondsick12,
ReplyDeleteThe logo can be changed in Foundry > Logos.
Best,
Hi,I am trying to set Slider but I still have the info “Please upload multiple images to the slider.” Of course I uploaded a few images to the slider using Add Media button (I tried as a single images and as a gallery) but with no effect. I created the slider with correct id according to the documentation. Is there a trick I do not know (size of the images or sth)?? I can see that I am not the first with this problem… Do you have any advice? Thanks Dominik
