  1. Hello,
I just recieved an email from enveto about security issues involving the revolution slider plugin used in the webpaint theme. They mention the wordpress plugin version, does it also affect the revolution plugin used here in the Webpaint – 2 in 1 Responsive HTML5 Template? If so, have you updated it?
    Thanks

  5. Hi,

You seem to have purchased the HTML version of Webpaint which cannot be installed in Wordpress because it is not the Wordpress version.

  6. Hi there,

I’d really like to add some radial buttons and/or drop down boxes to the contact form so that I can run a small survey through my site.

Is it possible to incorporate this into the design of the website and use the existing form handler?

    ReplyDelete
  7. Hi,

Unfortunately the existing form handler doesn’t have the option of adding different form fields.

  8. I’m sorry to message this again, but I’m having real problems with spam through the contact form – I get at least 5-10 emails a day from spambots using the form on the site.

I know you said there is no captcha, but is there anything I can implement to stop this ridiculous spamming? Thanks.

  11. Hi there,
i have a problem with the contact form.
First, when i send the message, the response_sent look like this:

Notice: Undefined variable: use_smtp in C:\JRun4\servers\multi_01\hp6056\comut\contact\form-handler.php on line 62
Thank you. Your messsage has been received.

The message arrive, but i don’t undestrand that error.

Second, i have a problem with spam. I know you said there is no captcha, but is there anything I can implement to stop this ridiculous spamming? Thanks.

  12. Hi,

Are you working locally? It appears so in the error you shared. The error might be related to that. Please try the contact form on a working web server.

The form already has a kind of captcha which is called Honeypot Capthca (invisible captcha). The form includes an invisible field which must be left empty. Visitors can’t see this field since it is invisible but spambots do and they fill it as they fill all other fields. And if this invisible field is filled, the message doesn’t get through.

Unfortunately adding another form of captcha is not in our plans.

  13. Hello Bought the template long ago…I encounter a problem in the text near the videos in the portfolio…when you click on a square of the video…then the video windows appears, then there is possibility to put text on the left…in that text I cannot put apostrophes…like if I write >> it’s << ...then all the code after changes and appears on the screen of the site…any suggestion?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Writing this comment I had a thought and went to see if there would be a code in html for apostrophes…and there is >>> ’ ...so problem almost solved…if you have a better idea that would not request to put html code it would be much better cause I have lots of videos texts… Thank You

  15. Hi,

Since the content of the post is between apostrophes, adding an apostrophe in the middle of the content actually causes the content to close so it breaks the code. So unfortunately the only way is to use the HTML entity for apostrophes.

  16. I was not sure but….I thought so
    Thank You
HTML apostrophes seems to work very well :))

  17. Hi, I really like this template but I’m new in HTML templates and would appreciate if you could tell me how to work with these types of templates. What has included in this template? It is a single HTML page or are several? Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Webpaint. It includes several HTML files, as well as stylesheets, and a php file for the contact form. You will need an HTML editor to work on this template and some knowledge of HTML and CSS will be helpful.

  19. Hi, one more question. Is much work translate (to spanish in my case)? Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Since this is a pure HTML template you will need to translate content manually, so the work depends on how much content you have.

  21. Hi,
I’ve tried to add a second testimonials section in the page but it’s not working.
Could you tell me how should I do ?
    Thanks
