Is the theme compatible with any builder? For example visual composer or origin builder?

Also does it require any 3rd party plugins to work?

    Best Regards

  12. Really well designed theme. Love the look and feel. Articles are very clear and easy to ready.

All it is missing is a setting or a widget to be able to have the knowledgebase appear on the homepage (right below the homepage blocks).

I prefer knowledge articles to be visible immediately from the homepage as some users prefer to browse than search. One less click for the user.

Is there a way I can customise the theme to achieve this?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Hi there,

Thanks for your message. There’s not built-in feature to acheive this so you’d need to customize the theme as you say. Unfortunately this isn’t something we can directly help with.

I’ve made a note for the dev team to investigate this feature for the future.

If you need anything else don’t hesitate to contact us via https://herothemes.com/support/

    Kind Regards,

  15. I would like to capture feedback for the articles on how useful people find them. For example:

    Was this article useful?
    - Yes
    - No

Do you know of any other customers who are doing this? If so what plugins are they using?

    Thanks!
