  2. Hi,

    Open processForm.php file, find the following line;

    $senderName = isset( $_POST['senderName'] ) ? preg_replace( "/[^\.\-\' a-zA-Z0-9]/", "", $_POST['senderName'] ) : "";

    and change it with the following;

    $senderName = isset( $_POST['senderName'] ) ? $_POST['senderName'] : "";

    Then find the following line

    $headers = "From: " . $senderName . " <" . $senderEmail . ">";

    and change it with the following;

    $headers = "From: " . $senderName . " <" . $senderEmail . ">". "\r\n" . "Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8;";

    If it still doesn’t work, there may be a problem on your server settings. Please contact your hosting provider.

    As an alternative solution you can use an online form builder to create forms like jotform.com

  3. HI, I’m interested in buying this theme. The one bug that I found was I’m not able to send message from the contact page when I viewed the website in mobile mode. If you can fix it I would love to buy it. Do let me know if I can test it out in the demo

  4. Hi,

    I don’t see any problem on my mobile devices. Try it on another device…

  5. I tried it on Google Nexus 4 and Motorola Moto G. On both the devices when I try to click on send message button in the contact section the screen just flashes and does nothing, I don’t even see prompts for fill out the field. You can check this using your chrome browser emulator on your desktop as well.

  6. I got it now. You are trying to send blank emails… Try to add a name,a valid email and a message before clicking send button… They are “required” fields.

  7. Hi, I have tried sending the mail with all fields filled and still nothing is happening. Are you able to get it to work in the chrome emulator?

  8. I don’t need to use emulator. I tried it on real mobile devices and it is working without any problem. I can send messages and I can get them via email… This is not a new template and you are the first person who have this issue. So sorry but there is nothing I can do for you.
