Cooker is great template excellent for restaurant, bar, pub or bistro. Clear code and perfectly organized in sets PSD files make everything clear and easy to find.
You can use it as a Blog; online store; to present your restaurant, pub or just to show your cooking skills to the world.
It is working on both DESKTOP & MOBILE devices. There is no mobile version; on mobile device it looks like on desktop.
Bonus – you receive cleared background images. It makes it very easy to set up your flying things.

Fix the changes which Woocommerce 2.1 is bringing to the API.
Files which were changed: css/style.css, header.php, functions.php, index.php and most of the files in folder /woocommerce/
Version 1.2.1:
Fix if you use the theme without WooCommerce. The fix is for the two sliders on the home page.
Version 1.2:
This update is big. It’s fixing the changes which WooCommerce 2 brought. If you will update from 1.1 or earlier to 1.2 please back up your site. Some more thing have been fixed such as AJAX functionality in backend, front sliders and CSS fixes.

Hello, I have an issue with the menu. As you can see from the following link:

The menu generated is showing the main category along with subcategories, which is great, but the problem is that, the main category lists all of the items inside that category, and then the subcategories list a duplicate list of its items already listed on the main category.
For example:
Main category:
Fruits > – watermelon (item with no subcategory)
Sub category: red > items – apple strawberry
yellow > items – banana, lemon
green > item – lime
Currently on the theme menu this data produces a menu like this:
Fruits:
watermelon
Apple
strawberry
banana
lemon
lime
-Red
apple, strawberry
– Yellow
banana lemon
– Green
lime
Which on a restaurant menu should be like this:
Fruits:
Watermelon
-Red
apple
strawberry
-Yellow
Banana
lemon
-Green
lime
That looks a lot more organized and no need for duplicate items.

Hi, just downloaded the theme but the Sliders Items Position page is empty – no Front Slider and Meals of the Day Slider as in your Documentation – please advise thank you.

ReplyDeleteTo change de colors, photos etc. you have to edit the psd files, but how to upload the new editing psd file to the theme?
ReplyDeleteNo problem at all. Regarding PSD changes, that will require exporting images and/or making HTML/CSS changes to the theme… therefore you might need some web development knowledge or alternatively hire a freelance web developer to give you a hand.

ReplyDelete1. No, Cooker doesn’t have automatic translation to Portuguese at this point.
2. Yes, WooCommerce comes with some sales reports by default.
