We use SVN in our work to control version of templates. What does it mean? It means you can always update your copy of theme very easy even after a ton of custom changes because we provide .diff files with theme files. Just compare your files with changed ones after new version will be realeased.

I am writing to say how disappointed I am with the support I got after purchasing this magento theme. About 6 months ago I purchased this theme and the product slider on the home page does not display the category I will to display. It chooses a default category on it’s own.
ReplyDeleteIt is not ideal for the same products to show all the time in the slider on the home page.
My website is http://lighthousesupply.ca.
The products in the slider will never change no matter how many new products I add.
I contacted this developer multiple times to try to solve the issue. Each time I am ask to provide my login credentials to my web server and each time I have done so. Up until now, I have never seen any attempt to fix this issue.

it does not display the proper category. it picks a default one

ReplyDeleteI just purchased the theme and i can’t get the first page to run smoothly.
ReplyDeleteThe Sidebar with the Categorie list appears on the first page overlaying the second slider. If I turn it off under admin settings, it also turns it off for the product page.
Could you please provide me how to fix this?

ReplyDeletePatch for that magento version is not released yet, so there are much more problems than just bundle product page issue if you are using this theme on magento 1.9.x.x versions. Please contact us via ticket system and we will provide you patch for magento 1.9.x.x
